No. We, we are a holiday park and do not offer residential plots.
Yes, our sites are open 12 months of the year.
Lodge prices start from around £36,000 and depend on the location, age and type of lodge you choose.
Yes, site fees start from around £2,200 a year (including VAT), depending on the size of your lodge.
Bottled gas and electricity are charged at market rates. We also offer an annual gas safety check which is payable with your site fees.
There must be an adult over 18 resident when then your lodge is being used.
Yes, parking is provided on the park.
The initial lease term is 20 years with an option to purchase longer dependent on the condition of your lodge.
Yes, pets are welcome on our parks, but please keep dogs under control and on a lead at all times when you are onsite.
We allow family and friends to use your lodge but we do not allow subletting.
You may sell your lodge but a 10% commission fee would have to be paid to the park.
Please discuss any questions regarding deposits and finance with park management.
